Yupak Boyama Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş has a capacity of 20 tons per day and is capable of handling fabrics produced from 100% Cotton, 100% Viscose, 100% Pes, 100% Organic cotton or blends with Conventional Cotton, Cotton/acyrlic, Viscose/cotton, Cotton/polyester. The overall processes cover stentering,sanforizing , tubular sanforizing, brushing, sueding,drying,wet cutting and packing. We are capable of handling fabrics such as S. Jersey, (S.jersey With 95/5% & 90/10% Lycra in open width machines or tubular machines) Ringel S. Jersey , Veleour, Terry, Piquet, Piquet With Lycra, 2 Thread Fleece, 2 Thread Fleece With Lycra, 3 Thread Fleece, Rib, Rib with elasthane,Interlock, Jacquard S.jersey & Interlock, Mechanic Jacquard Interlock, Electronics Jacquard Interlock.

The fabric is prepared for dyeing-finishing and other procedures in the best way starting from the time our company receives it. Formulas of the desired colours are prepared by use of an automatic dosing system as per the fabric type in our modern laboratories and submitted to the operation. This procedure is meticulously carried out according to the color sample.Fabrics are dyed as tube and open width. All kinds of anti-shrink, washing, friction and other tests are carried out in the quality control laboratory.

Our daily capacity is 20 tones. In our company, dye and chemicals that conform to the Oeko-Tex 100 standards are used.
